UV energy that would otherwise bounce back onto the curing lamp is directed
to the substrate, while the open-top reflector draws ambient air across
the substrate and vents heated air and ozone out the top. Since Advantage
maximizes curing speed and minimizes substrate temperatures, operators
can find a perfect match for virtually every curing requirement.

Certification
Panel meets Canadian Standards Association (CSA) standards and carries
the CSA label
Color Capacity
1-8 colors (4 colors standard)
Control Center
Digital keypad with alphanumeric display
Digital microprocessor with self-diagnostics
Flood/non flood setting leaves screen flooded or non-flooded after print
cycle
Foot pedal independently controls press and vacuum for hard to feed substrates
Head speed and stroke length adjustment electronically controlled from
individual head or main control panel
Job Recall allows storage and recall of numerous standard and optional
functions and settings, including electronically controlled dwell time,
index speed, off-contact, peel ratio, print and flood stroke and speed,
squeegee pressure (electronically adjusted air pressure), and wattage
settings on UV cure units
Jog left/jog right enables operator to move beds left or right from each
head and from the control panel
Production speed monitor for more accurate job costing
Squeegee speed, flood speed, and dwell times are independently controlled
from control panel
Curing & Bulb Management
Bulb types available are Mercury Vapor (standard), Ferric (Iron) Oxide
(optional), and Gallium (optional)
Change of bulb type requires no corresponding change of jumpers or fittings
Delivers optimal cure to heat-sensitive and heat-resistant stock
Digital elapsed time meter monitors bulb life
Dual UV lamps are each individually controlled at each print station and
at main control panel
Hinged UV housing for easy bulb access
Infinitely adjustable UV bulbs
Switchback technology allows different bulbs for different substrates.
UV Settings are infinitely adjustable electronically from 160-400 watts
per linear inch
Design & Construction
Maintenance-free servo motors
Print heads maintain machine registration with four-post locking
Rigid steel and aluminum construction
Index System
Servo-driven index insures accurate, smooth travel
