The C-500 is Amscomatic’s fastest Automatic Bag Loading System. It’s designed for high-speed automatic bagging of a wide variety of products. The C-500 automatically opens the plastic bag, inserts the product into the bag, and sends the packaged product to a bag closure unit. A touchpad controls machine settings and functions. The sophisticated design of the C-500 helps ensure uniform and reliable bag loading, makes changeover easy, simplifies operation, enhances reliability, and reduces maintenance.

The C-500 can package fruits and vegetables, meats, bakery and other food products, houseware products, soft folded textiles, medical equipment and supplies, paper products, hosiery, disposables, non-woven goods, and other products. Product infeed speed is variable, and infeed is available in either lug conveyor infeed or belt infeed. Belt speed differential creates proper spacing between products—even those arriving next to one another. An electronic eye sees the incoming product and initiates the bagging cycle. If required, a transfer unit is available to place the bagged product on the sealer system. The C-500 can also be adapted to handle special sizes. The wide range of features on the C-500 enables it to integrate easily with any bag packaging line. It can also be combined with other Amscomatic equipment into an automatic bag loading/sealing system.
