Digikote II 는 공압식 코팅기의 성능을 획기적으로
뛰어넘는 세계 최초의 디지털 스크린 코팅 시스템입니다.
Digikote II 는 M&R의 차세대 획기적인기술이 적용된 그래픽 스크린 코터(coater)입니다.
Digikote II System은 100개의 프로그램을 저장할 수 있으며
컴퓨터로 코팅 종류, 기울기, 코팅 속도, 후퇴 속도, 압력 조정,등이 제어 되며 자가 진단기능을 제공합니다.
전방과 후방의 코터는 독립적으로 동작하며, 각 면, 또는 양쪽면을 동시에 코팅할 수 있습니다.
Digikote II T2는 71x 132 cm 또는 142 x 132 cm 까지 양면을 동시에 코팅함으로서 Digikote
II T의 기능을 효과적으로 확장시켰습니다.
작동방법은 간단하며 실시간 처리메시지가 디스플레이상에 표시됩니다..
Digikote II 는 견고하며 frequency -Drive로 속도조절이 가능한 AC모터가 장착되어 있습니다.
일렉트로닉 리니어 디지탈 드라이브장치로 코팅압력이 조절되고 압력동조 시스템 으로는 균일한
에멀젼 상태를 얻울수 있게끔 해 줍니다.
전후방의 코터는 독립적으로 작동해 한면을 각각 , 양면을 동시에 또는 한면만 코팅할수도 있게 해줍니다.
특별하게 디자인된 리니어 베어링 시스템은 스크린을 가로질러 움직이며 정확한 기계적 코팅을
할수 있게 해줍니다.
Tough는 예측 가능한 정확한 코팅을 위해 필요한 스크린 텐션의 변화를 정밀하게 조정가능하게 해줍니다.
Coating-Through 에지를 교체 가능하게끔 설계해 전체를 교체할 필요가 없어 메인터넌스 비용 절감이
가능합니다.
