출시된 제품중 유일한 자동 스크린 코팅기입니다.
Digikote II T & T2 는 그래픽 Digikote II처럼 특허받은 전자기 시스템을 사용하나 특별히
섬유 프린팅에 적합하게 디자인 되었습니다.
Digikote IIT & T2 System은 공압식에서는 기대할수 없는 정교한 디지탈 기술이 반영되어 고성능의정밀한
작업을 가능하게 해줍니다.
100개의 프로그램을 저장할 수 있으며.앞쪽에 부착된 컴퓨터로 컨트롤센터는 코팅 종류, 기울기, 코팅 속도, 후퇴 속도, 압력
조정및 자가 진단등 기능을 제공합니다.
작동방법은 간단하며 작동상태 메시지가 실시간으로 표시됩니다.
Digikote II T & T2는 frequency drive 기능이 있는 속도가변의 강력한 AC 모터가 장착되어 있으며
전자 선형 디지탈 드라이브가 코팅 압력을 제어하고 싱크로나이즈드 압력 시스템이 에멀젼 상태를 균일하게 유지해 줍니다.
전방과 후방의 코터는 독립적으로 동작하며, 각 면, 한쪽면, 또는 양쪽면을 동시에 코팅할 수 있습니다.
특별하게 디자인된 리니어 베어링 시스템은 스크린을 가로지르며 정교한 코팅이 가능하게 해주며
troughs(골,홈)는 균일한 코팅을 위해 스크린의 장력변화에 마춰 다이나믹하게 작동 됩니다.
trough는 교체 가능하여 유지비를 줄일수 있습니다.
