M&R뭩 M-4 Mobile Print Facility is the industry뭩 first completely portable professional screenprinting operation. The M-4 is a high-speed print facility inside a custom-built 53?(1615 cm) drop trailer. The trailer has an 8?x 22?(244 x 671 cm) fold-down wall on each side. The fold-down walls become external landings with awnings, clear canopies, safety railings, and dual access steps. The M-4 can be delivered almost anywhere public events occur, and can operate around the clock, responding to changing design and inventory needs. That makes M-4 ideal for rock concerts, sporting events, festivals, and fairs. A modified Gauntlet II?press and an extended Maxi-Cure?dryer are at the heart of the standard M-4 configuration. M-4 includes M&R뭩 Tri-Loc?Rapid Registration System, Turnabout?Ink Mixer, Annamister?Adhesive Application System, Kool-Mist?Cooldown Unit, and a NuArc exposure unit. M-4 also comes equipped with squeegees and floodbars, a washout booth, power sprayer, and an environmentally friendly cleanup tank. A 75kw turbo diesel generator and 100-gallon (379-liter) fuel cell free the M-4 from external sources of power, making it truly self-contained. Rounding out the M-4 inventory are a 10 hp screw compressor, a refrigerated air chiller, and an 85-gallon (322-liter) air tank. M-4s are available for rent, lease, or purchase.
