Omni-Bagger is Amscomatic's combined bag loading and sealing system. This single-bag station is ideal for use where total packaging requirements can be handled through one station, or where bag-packaging operations are decentralized.

The bag loading section features a drop-load wicket holder and slide-and-lock positioning to accommodate varied bag lengths. The entering horns are specifically engineered to the product's shape to promote rapid bag loading. Prior to sealing the bag, the pneumatic compression plate gently squeezes the product to eliminate excess air and give the product a more attractive appearance. The bag-sealing section features a seal-centering deck that can be quickly adjusted to different product dimensions. The durable, high-temperature seal bar is programmable and incorporates an automatic trim plate. It creates an attractive, airtight seal, and the trim plate mechanically trims the bag top and pneumatically disposes of the waste. If the seal bar encounters and obstruction on its way to the seal element, Omni-Bagger will automatically shut down and remain offline until manually reset.
