Predator LPC는 Nuarc의 독특하고 다목적인
대용량 롤투롤(roll-to-roll) 인쇄 및 건조(프린트및 큐어링:print-and-cure)시스템입니다.
이 시스템은 완제품이나 중간제품에 우수한 스크린프린팅이 가능하며 기계적 조정없이 단일프린팅이나
연속 프린팅을 할 수 있습니다.
Predator LPC는 소량프린팅이나 대용량프린팅을 처리할
수 있으며 기존의 스크린을 사용해 비용절감이
가능하고 직물의 낭비를 최소화할수 있고 우수한 프린트품질을 보장하며 로터리형 프레스보다 셋업시간을
단축할 수 있습니다.
Predator LPC는 기존의 로터리형 프린팅 시스템을 비용효율면이나
처리속도에 있어 이들을 훨씬
능가합니다.
롤투롤 공정(Roll-To-Roll Process): Predator LPC 는 칼라투칼라(color to color)프린팅
공정 및
일렬건조공정(Inline curing )중에 직물을 인쇄 벨트 위에 적당한 위치에 놓고 연속적으로 풀어
놓습니다.
프린트 및 건조공정이 끝나면 , 처리된 천은 스프레더가 일정한 폭을 잡아주는 Take-Up롤러에 감깁니다.
Predator LPC는 Nuarc만의독특한 Stripper Garment Removal System(쪼가리 천및
제품 분리장치)과 함께
연결 사용 가능 합니다.
선택사양인 Stripper는 싱크로나이즈드 take-off belts를 제공해서 제품을 인쇄 벨트에서 들어내어 제거 컨베어에
옮기는 일을 합니다.
Predator LPC는 고속의 Sprint III modular 개스 건조기(gas dryer) 와 함께 사용할 수 있습니다.
Sprint III modular 개스 건조기(gas dryer)의 트리플 벨트 시스템은 건조공정중에 머무르는
시간을 길게함으로써 건조능력을 향상시켜줍니다.
