Sprint 2000 Modular Gas Dryer는 텍스타일용 차세대 기술이 적용된 혁신적인 모듈형 가스 건조기입니다.

Sprint 2000 은 대량생산용에 적합한 성능과 파워를 갖추고 있읍니다.

LP나 천연개스를 사용하고 3개의 블로워(송풍기)가 달려 일정한 온도유지및 강력한 건조능력을 보여주는
고성능 버너가 장착되어 있습니다.
고출력 열 순환용 블로워는 가열된 에어를 콘베어밸트를 따라 보내주며 파워블로워는 버너에 별도로 연소용 에어를 공급합니다.
또한 배기용 블로워는 최대 2200 SCFM의 공기량을 배출 시킵니다.

이러한 구조로 인해 신속하고 효율적인 건조가 가능하며 효율적인 강제 열순환시스템은 히트챔버의
온도를 목표온도에 쉽게 도달하게합니다.
2중단열벽및 고성능 단열층은 열효율증대및 외부표면온도의 상승을 막아줍니다.

Sprint 2000 의 비저블 타워라이트는 사용자의 온도설정내에서 온도가 진행되고 있슴을
쉽게 확인 가능하게 해 줍니다.

온도표시는 외부에서 인식가능하게 비저블로 하거나 소리알람기능을 사용할수 있습니다.

외부의 알람장치는 장비내의 온도 변화를 알려주며, 시스템에 과부하가 생길시 자동으로 정지합니다.

퍼지로직 마이크로프로세서로 제어되는 컨트롤센터가 장착되어 있고 컨트롤 판넬은
회전하게끔 되어 있어 드라이어의 조작에도 편리합니다.

Sprint 2000 은 편의성과 안전성을 위해서 가열이 멈춘 후에도 벨트와 블로워가 설정된 냉각 온도에 도달할 때까지 시스템을 작동 시킵니다.

Sprint 2000은 기본적으로 다섯 개의 작업영역을 갖추고 있으며 작업폭에 대해서는 세가지 모델이 있습니다. 122 cm까지 콘베이어를 확장할수 있으며, 61 cm 까지 건조영역(히트챔버)을 확장할 수 있습니다.
순환용 블로워위에 장착하는 선택사양인 AC frequency-control 속도가변형 모터는 특별한 작업시 공기의 흐름속도를 조절할수 있습니다.
